Oy fucking vey. When the comic industry made a ton of money selling Barack Obama comics, we all thought that that was just about enough of this money grubbing bullshit and I have to be honest, when Michael Jackson died, I didn't not think that there would be a possibility we would see... well this... www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=21805Bluewater Productions, the company behind the boring as shit biographical presidential candidate comics, the boring as shit powerful female comics, and of course William Shatner Presents, has jumped on the opportunity to squeeze a couple people out of a few bucks with their "celebration of his life and what he meant to a legion of fans". Creepy.Michael... your hands are growing grotesquely large!
Featuring a really awful cover by resident awful artist Giuseppe Mazzola, this book is supposed to be aimed at... well I guess anybody gullible enough to buy a comic about the life and times of Michael Jackson. I dunno, is anyone out there even remotely interested in a Michael Jackson comic? I get the feeling that some companies think comic books could fill the collector void that was one filled by collectible dinner plates now that collectible dinner plates are widely regarded as tacky, bad investments that nobody wants to collect.

Barack Obama comics? Public enemy comics? Michael Jackson comics? Who the hell cares? It's not remotely interesting at all. Don't create comics based on real people, especially if they are alive right now or they just recently passed away. Now a Gandhi comic or a comic about Hitler could work. But the above examples? Their lives are just way too boring to warrant an interesting story.

It's Elvis all over again. Don't expect people to develop good taste any time soon. It won't stop until there are collectible plates and coins and little porcelain statues and velvet paintings and who knows what else.

Dashboard bobbleheads? He can bob his head and it would look just like living breathing Michael.
