As did mine. Though I think Bradley Cooper wouldn't be HORRIBLE as Hal Jordan.

Well, I think Ryan Reynolds wouldn't be a horrible choice either. I don't even know who Bradley Cooper is. As for Justin Timberlake? What the fuck? No. Just no. No.

I'm fine with the decision. No Justin Timberlake, yay!

I would have picked Cooper. I liked him on Alias and he's coming into his own these days as an actor, but Reynolds is certainly far better than Timberlake. I don't need a theater full of screaming pre teen girls when I see this movie.

Based on Hangover I too would have preferred Cooper but Reynolds will be okay... I guess. I was talking to one of my friends about the absurdity of a Timberlake Green Lantern movie and he brought up the Jack Black rumor from a few years ago. Reminded me that it could have been a ton worse even if Timberlake HAD been cast as Hal.

I'm cool with Reynolds. I believe besides the look he really could capture Hal as he's written in the comics right now. Reynolds' biggest parts are when he's a smartass, so I believe that has caused some doubts. Maybe this will put an end to or even delay the Deadpool spin off film for the X-men movies. Thats just a bad idea from the start.
I think Cooper would have been a fine choice as well.
